Our office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are available on the phone from 8am to 6pm and can take urgent calls out of hours or on a Saturday. Note that our normal appointment waiting time is 4-5 days - simply to allow for paperwork to be collated and organised.

Directions:

Google maps can be used to get directions to all of our locations - alternatively we provide postcodes to allow satellite navigation systems or multimap etc. to provide directions. If you are unable to use any of these methods please contact us with details of your journey starting point and we will be able to provide specific directions.

Parking:

Please note that disabled parking at Canterbury Innovation Centre is available in the car park and any other accessibility requirements can be arranged if required.
